At Tío Felipe Designs, each book is prepared with care. Because books are printed products, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a printing error.
We do not offer exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Books
If your book arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, email us at:
Please include:

your order number
-
the title of the book
-
a brief description of the issue
-
clear photos of the defect, damage, or printing error
-
photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged in shipment
Once we review your request, we will let you know whether the return is approved and provide next steps.
Return Window
Returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted books must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the book is defective, damaged, or misprinted, Tío Felipe Designs will provide return instructions.
When a return is required, we will let you know whether the item should be mailed back and whether a return shipping label will be provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed after the return is approved and, when required, after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

buyer’s remorse

accidental orders

ordering the wrong book

personal preference

normal minor color variations from screen to print

items damaged after delivery

used or altered items

digital products or downloadable files
